PRINTING
- Colors may vary from screen to actual printed piece. Screens tend to show colors more saturated and “neon” than they appear in person. Screens glow, fabric does not. Base white ink is printed to make colors opaque, this can result in gradients or glowing edges look greyish. This is normal.
- Print size on model reflects small or medium shirts and may be proportionately different on actual shirts and other sizes. Max width of printing is 12″, and may be smaller on smaller shirts.
- Production time is 2-4 business days and longer during December. This does not include weekends or holidays. Items ordered after 4pm Mountain time are processed the following day.
- All items are printed on demand, and custom made to order. We do not offer refunds unless it’s the wrong item/color/design. Contact us if there’s a problem.
SHIPPING
- Items are shipped immediately after production, and once they leave the print shop, we have no control over the timing. Please refer to your tracking number and call the carrier if there are delays.
- Most items are delivered within 3 days in the continental US.
